Project description
The purpose of the project was to enhance the financial and administrative functioning of AD ELEM by implementing an integrated computerized ERP system. This included preparing procurement documents, evaluating bids, providing ERP expertise, and supporting project management throughout the implementation process.

The overall objective of the project was to support AD ELEM in selecting and implementing a functional ERP system suitable for its operations.
Implementation
We provided comprehensive services including the preparation of commercial and legal RFI documents, technical appendices, and procurement documents. They evaluated bids, designed an integrated reporting system, and developed detailed specifications for the ERP system. Our consultants managed the vendor selection process, provided ERP expertise, and supported AD ELEM with project management, including regular progress reports. They also ensured the quality of project deliverables, analyzed inefficient processes, and advised on infrastructure requirements, ensuring effective system implementation and maintenance.
Result
The project successfully prepared and reviewed commercial, legal, and technical documentation for the RFI and RFP. It evaluated applications and bids, recommending the selection of prequalified and final bidders. An integrated reporting system was designed, and system specifications, including technical requirements and data migration plans, were developed. The project also provided training to ensure system sustainability and offered continuous project management support, resulting in the adoption of system changes and the establishment of an effective support and maintenance function for the new ERP system.
