The purpose of this project is to support the Beneficiary and the Contracting Authority in fixing critical problems with the TETRA-1 network, conduct a full terrain survey, prepare a comprehensive system design, produce a tender dossier with technical specifications, provide technical support during the tendering period, and assist with project management and provisional acceptance procedures.

Objective
The overall objective of the project is to provide project implementation support to the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and the Contracting Authority (EU) to oversee the design, procurement, and turnkey implementation of the extension of PMR coverage over the national territory. This aims to achieve a nationwide homogenous PMR coverage suitable for serving all user organizations in a professional and secure manner.
Implementation
Our team’s services included a detailed investigation of critical problems from the TETRA-1 supply, specifying PMR system requirements, delivering a training program, preparing a full system design, and producing the tender dossier. We also conducted a market analysis, provided technical support during the tendering process, monitored and supervised installation quality, and submitted regular progress reports to the Contracting Authority and Beneficiary. These actions ensured the project’s successful implementation and the achievement of Provisional Acceptance.
Result
Our team identified and resolved critical issues from the TETRA-1 supply and specified the PMR system’s functional requirements. A comprehensive system design was prepared, confirming coverage scenarios and system functionality. The complete tender dossier was produced, and a market analysis ensured competition and cost estimation, leading to a successful tender. The installation process was monitored and supervised, resulting in the successful Provisional Acceptance of the entire supply before the deadline.
