At the end of 2024, we conducted a research study on the business process management (BPM) maturity of companies in Hungary and the adoption rate of process mining across the country. We sought answers to key questions such as:

• How transparent are organizations’ business processes?
• What tools are used in process management, and how can process improvements be measured?
• Is organizational strategy aligned with business process management?
• How widespread is the practical application of process mining?

Building upon the results of our 2022 study on the same topic, we also examined how the landscape of process management and process mining has evolved over the past two years, and whether domestic organizations have made progress in managing and optimizing their processes.


The resulting report presents the process management maturity of Hungarian organizations, as well as the adoption of process mining as a modern process management approach.
