Role of Vialto
In response to the changes in the Hungarian financial sector and to increase the efficiency of the bank, CIB Bank has created a new division, the Organizational Change and Efficiency Management. The new division centrally manages the bank’s processes, organisational capacity utilisation and project portfolio.
The project aims to enhance the operations and processes of the new division. Specifically, the objectives include defining the organizational structure, management forums, processes, and systems. Additionally, the project seeks to develop methodologies for the division’s operation and to plan and implement these enhancements. Throughout the project, Vialto developed bank-wide process management and project management methodologies tailored to the needs and operations of the bank. The initiative also involved defining generally accepted and clear lines of responsibility, along with providing support for the implementation of the methodology.
The project aims to develop the operations and processes of the new division. Within this scope, the goal is to define the organizational structure, management forums, processes, and systems, as well as to develop the methodologies for its operation and plan its implementation.
During the project, Vialto developed bank-wide process management and project management methodologies specifically tailored to the bank’s needs and operations, defined generally accepted and clear lines of responsibility and provided support for the implementation of the methodology.
